How current is the availability shown here?
It is read from the management system that runs the buildings, rather than kept as a separate list. A room stops showing as available when it stops being available.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Browsing is open. You only sign in once you are applying or once you are a resident with a lease.
Is there one login for residents and for owners?
Yes. Both sign in through the same identity provider, and it carries through to the management app — no second password to keep.
Which languages does it work in?
French and English. The resident portal serves both, and the site follows the language your browser asks for.
